Ali was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and handled the offer process brilliantly, keeping us updated the whole way and making sure the process was stress free. we used Romans Surveyors that were able to turn our survey around quickly, which was crucial to our purchase. The move team were equally as great, Lorraine in particular was very helpful in managing the process and sellers expectations when having to turn things around to a tight deadline. However, as constructive criticism is always useful, I would not say this is quite the five star rating, as no little extra's and luxuries which always make up the difference that you would associate with a five star rating, but all round great service from the whole team! We haven't reached the end of the sale process and hence our relationship with Romans continues, however it feels timely to provide some feedback.Romans has consistently acted professionally and can be relied upon to do what they say they'll do, which is not always the case.We began our relationship with Romans with Greg, but now enjoy an open relationship with Gary; two different styles but we could trust both.Day to day dealings are with Morgan who has helped to move things forward through use of her pleasant assertiveness.We'd recommend Romans based on our experience to date.
