Dont expect a phone call back from these guys. Theyll fob you off; they dont address you by name; theyre sneaky at the terms they stick into contracts; staff come and go and they dont have the courtesy to tell you; and customer service is a dead art here. Stick with Hamptons and Romans if you want to be treated like a human being, particularly if youre expecting them to coordinate the handing over of substantial amounts of money for a major life decision - Chancellor in Sunningdale just dont get it.
