excellent service, helpful staff, they really went out of their way to offer advice and suggestions as we were really struggling to make a decision. My friend went away happy and I purchased more sample pots to create a new abstract!
We had two assistants very keen to help, pulling out free wallpaper samples, putting the sample books on the tables ready, and giving advice on how the different colours worked in north and facing light. It was really helpful and narrowed down what would work, what would not work so well, rather than ending up with piles of samples to being sifting through at home. Because we could see large samples of the paint, we could also save on buying less tester pots as we could actually see what things looked like rather than a small blob on a card. It was a bit like counselling though, I image, as they could only help with those areas where we were really willing to talk about it - when we gave plenty of information we got so much more back than anticipated.
Excellent showroom. Well situated. Really knowledgable staff. Very friendly service and great advice on colour and correct paint to use etc.
