Awful service, firstly I only came for an appointment to talk about setting up a will never committed to doing one at that moment in time I did make that very clear but 2 weeks later I received a drafted will and a bill to go with it! Lots of confusion but ended up paying over 240 for this drafted will. I then needed changes to be made and the lady said she needs to speak to her supervisor to find out if they can make these tiny changes with out it costing more, I never heard back. I went on and had my baby who ended up with suspected meningitis at 2 months old so as you can imagine my mind wasnt on chasing up about this will. I then got back in touch and the lady (receptionist) answered who was extremely rude to me I did not feel happy at all after getting off the phone to her but I then found out that the lady who originally dealt with my will was no longer there! (No one has told me and she was meant to sort the final bit to my will) it was like they were more interested in my money then sorting anything out for me. As soon as they received my money she never got back to me about the question I asked but no one sorted out about me coming in and signing the papers etc! It was completely forgotten about. I got back in touch where another lady who deals with that side of things found my will which was put in storage or something, anyways I still havent resolved sorting my will out - the new lady in charge never called me to have a chat no one apologised for the poor customer care I was given. Really so disappointed I recently emailed the email address I had for them but no reply and that was about 2/3 months ago. I paid so much for a drafted will that they never finalised for me. This was over 3 years ago I first went in to sort out a will and 3 years later still nothing!!!!!
