Tom at Handel was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and helpful seeing as I came in there not really knowing anything! Not once did I feel pressured to make a purchase I wasnt happy with and came away very pleased. Tom took the time on both my visits to personally take me to the other property to see their full range and gave me real piece of mind when choosing.Delivery was prompt and I was especially impressed with the condition they delivered the piano in compared to when I viewed it- all in all highly recommended!
Just bought a baby grand from Handel Piano. I travelled from Central London to Sunnningdale to see/test their pianos. They have great choices in their shop. From the first visit to Handel pianos through to the delivery of my Bluthner Baby Grand was an immensely pleasurable experience. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. They gave me as much time and space as I wanted to try out a very wide range of pianos over several visits. The piano I fell in love with needed some cosmetic repair and when delivered I discovered they had really gone the extra mile to make sure the whole instrument was gleaming. The delivery team were hugely professional but also, despite a long day, took the time to share that special moment with me. I would thoroughly recommend Handel pianos and I look forward to working with them to keep my piano in premium condition for years to come.
I just have to write a review, expressing my thanks to Handel Pianos Ltd, for the excellent service I recently experienced. We have been using Handel Pianos to provide the instruments we require for our events, for a number of years now. Pleasingly, the company continues to provide good quality instruments, tuned well and delivered by a friendly, professional team. On our last hire, our client made a mistake and we needed to change the instrument that had been delivered to an alternative style of piano. Whilst most companies would be unwilling to do this, Handel Pianos magically came up with a rescue plan, saving the day! To do this required quick thinking, changes to personal plans for the rest of the day and the willingness to do whatever it takes to satisfy their customer fully.
