Our 3 series went in for a recall and MOT, the service as always was impecibble and to top it off, they fully serviced the car as it was due to happen in less than 500 miles anyway and we saved an extra trip. Great customer service from start to end and one MOT and full service done too!
Amy and Stefan gave us excellent customer service today. Nothing seemed too much trouble - they were friendly, relaxed and, of course, very knowledgeable - which helped us get our heads around the most suitable car for our needs. We settled on a brand new X2 M Sport and now I cant for it to be made! Thank you so much, I look forward to returning in a few months.
After having a bad experience with bmw customer services regarding my Mini, and a number of other issues along the way, my case was handed over to Diane at Sytner Service. She has been absolutely amazing and is a truly lovely lady. What at first was an extremely difficult and frustrating situation, she completely turned it around and made everything so easy. Rob Hicks has now sold my family and I over 15 cars in the last five years alone from Sytner.Each and every sales experience has been faultless. From helping find the right car, fairly price trade in vehicles and deal with all of the associated logistics involved in making the right choice. Most recently I bought an M4 Competition Pack from him. The car was found fast and the communication surrounding it's delivery and the aftercare has been second to none. Right down to arranging post sales running in service on my behalf. Rob also has done wonders for my wife and her own car and other members of our family as well. Sytner are not our nearest BMW showroom. In fact that there are two other dealers between us. Both have been tried and tested and none could come remotely close to the customer service we receive here. I feel it only fair to mention Clive as well.
